Rails is a next-generation perpetual trading platform that integrates centralized order processing with on-chain custody, delivering the advantages of both systems in a unified environment. The platform operates on Kraken’s Layer 2 network (Ink), ensuring high performance and security. To interact with Rails, users must utilize an EVM-compatible wallet, such as MetaMask, to manage funds and engage with our smart contracts. All user deposits are secured within audited smart contracts, providing robust protection and transparency. Once funds are deposited, they become available on the central trading platform. Market participants can connect via WebSocket to perform a wide range of trading activities, including order creation, cancellation, and modification. Real-time access to the order book is also available through the WebSocket interface, enabling efficient and informed trading decisions.
